First Class Futures is a mentorship program and opportunity-access initiative aiming to grant opportunities for bright students from underrepresented communities to pursue educational, leadership, and global opportunities that expand their futures.

Our Mission

By opening doors to boarding schools, scholarships, study abroad programs, leadership experiences, and other transformative opportunities, First Class Futures equips students with the knowledge, mentorship, confidence, and networks needed to succeed in high school, college, and beyond.

How the Program Works

Step 1: APPLY

Students complete a short application sharing their interests, goals, and areas where they would like support.

Step 2: GET CONNECTED

Students are matched with mentors and welcomed into the First Class Futures community.

Step 3: LEARN AND EXPLORE

Participants attend workshops, panels, and informational sessions designed to expose them to new opportunities and help them develop valuable skills.

Step 4: PURSUE OPPORTUNITIES

Students receive support as they explore programs, scholarships, schools, and experiences that align with their goals.
